Partial Planning
Perfect for those that have started planning or have most of their event planned. Let us assist with coordination of specific areas and pulling everything together. This package allows our clients to relax and enjoy the process of planning their event by letting us handle all the little the details.
FULL PLANNING
Specific features of this package include:
- Unlimited planning sessions to discuss wedding color pallets, location, vendor selection and negotiation, food and drink requests, decor, accommodations for guests, and wedding day scheduling down to the finest detail that reflects your style and personality
- Venue/vendor recommendations that fit your vision and budget
- Comprehensive budget creation and tracking throughout the planning process
- Calendar of events including reminders when payments or other items are due
- Scheduling and attending all meetings with you
- Addressing any etiquette concerns
- Visits to both the ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding
- Confirmation of all services two weeks prior to your event date
- Pick up and drop off of all wedding decor items (centerpieces, favors, welcome bags etc.)
- Detailed itinerary for “the day of” distributed to all vendors, bridal party, and VIP guests of your choice
- Distribution of vendor payments on the day of the wedding
- Attendance and coordination of the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception
PARTIAL PLANNING
Specific features of this package include:
- Venue/vendor recommendations that fit your vision and budget
- Customized calendar of events including reminders when payments or other items are due
- Scheduling and attending all final meetings with you
- Visits to both the ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
- Confirmation of all services two weeks prior to your event date
- Pick up and drop off of all wedding decor items
- Detailed itinerary for “the day of” distributed to all vendors, bridal party, and VIP guests of your choice
- Attendance and coordination of the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception
- Distribution of vendor payments on the day of the wedding
DAY OF COORDINATION
Specific features of this package include:
- Ten hours of service (you choose start time)
- Set up of tables, chairs, tablescapes, and décor items prior to ceremony and reception
- Management of schedule and timing of events throughout the day
- Act as a liaison between bridal couple and hired vendors; ensure couple's preferences are met
- Distribution of vendor payments
- Management of receipt, storage, and delivery of wedding gifts to designated person or location of couple's choosing at the end of the reception
- Assistance with photography shoots including coordination/timings for "first look", family portraits, bridal couple/party portraits, etc.
- Assistance with directions and guest needs/questions
